How to Pause AI Responses for Specific Properties

If you need to temporarily pause EliseAI's automated responses for a specific property (for example, during renovations or if a property is fully leased), follow these steps:

1. Log into your EliseAI dashboard
2. Navigate to Properties > Select the property
3. Click Settings (gear icon)
4. Toggle "AI Auto-Response" to OFF
5. Click Save

Note: Pausing AI responses means all inquiries for that property will go directly to your team's inbox without AI handling. You can re-enable at any time by toggling back to ON.

If you need to pause responses across ALL properties, contact your account manager.
